How much experience do you have?
Chad has been pressure cleaning for over 15 years and has owned his own business for over 10 years with a range of different jobs from town house complexes, car parks, homes and roofs, warehouses, fleet truck washing and more. Chad is constantly researching and updating his equipment and procedures to provide the best service and result for our customers. Our long term staff are well trained, kind and efficient to assist Chad with any job required.
Will my plants die?
we pre water all plants so they don’t soak up any chemical and we cover as many plants up as we can. Some may get slightly burned however they will grow back.
Will I lose power?
Very rare, if your external house is fitted with internal PowerPoints, we will cover and try to avoid them, however you may lose power temporarily. Leave it an hour to dry then continue as normal.
Why do you use cleaning safactant and not just water in some cases?
We use a chlorine base to not only clean dirt and mould but to also kill the spores to give a longer, healthier result. It also causes less damage to your assets than using high water pressure.
How often should I get externals cleaned?
Each area is different however we suggest yearly to keep on top of the maintenance or once you start seeing mould return. The longer it is left uncleaned the harder it is to remove and sometimes stains if not cleaned in time.
Will this damage my paintwork?
If the paint surface has been properly done this will not damage your paintwork but rather enhance it once cleaned.
Do I need to do any prep work?
We ask windows are all closed, washing off the line, furniture and pot plans moved inside or covered. Towels placed inside the door incase some water flows inside.
